Free Computer Training in Ottawa for Newcomers to Canada
Hands-on computer training in Ottawa is available for all ages and basic skill levels, including software installation and computer health check. We offer practical computer training in the following fields:
- Software Installation (This includes Windows 7 installation & Antivirus software installation)
- Computer Health Check
- Overview of Computer parts
- Basic Internet Introduction
The computer training in Ottawa, Ontario is taught by two knowledgeable Taleam Systems instructors every Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This is a free service provided exclusively for newcomers to Canada.
How It Works
Register online for the first session, which will be in April. Participants may choose to attend as many of the 8 sessions as they would like. The sessions are provided for newcomers to Canada only and will be a basic introduction to computers.
We provide all computer equipment to use. You are welcome to bring a laptop (optional).
After completion of 8 training sessions participants will receive a completion of computer training certificate.
